I think all of us have made more contents of water pollution. But we didn't discuss about the framework of this title. I would like to give my opinion about the framework.

we have more content about water pollution before this. So, I suggest, why don't we put the content sequentially. So that it easy to us to do the essay.

I agree with the proposed framework report given by rukiah. We need to state what should be done by parents, teachers and community groups.
